Romanian Aikikai Aikido Foundation (Fundatia Romana de Aikido Aikikai)
The Romanian Aikikai Aikido Foundation is an International Aikido Federation Member, with 2000 practitioners and 60 experienced teachers, among who 10 are female.
The Romanian organization has a long-lasting experience in international cooperation with other Aikikai IAF Members in the EU and worldwide, including in the field of gender policy. Trainers from the Romanian Aikikai Aikido Foundation who gathered around this GendAi Project have a long-term success in developing training practices, especially for women, with experience in cooperation in national and international projects and teaching seminars.

Aikido Bond Nederland
Aikido Bond Nederland is a member of the International Aikido Federation and represents over 3000 practitioners and approximately 200 qualified and experienced teachers, accredited by the Ministry of Sports and Education as certified sports instructors.
The organization invests in equal opportunities many ways. It actively participates in the IAF Gender Balance Working Group; the co-chair of the GBW is a representative of Aikido Bond Nederland. It regularly hosts the events and workshops tailored around the International Women's Day (8 March).
Aikido Bond Nederland has a good number of quality female instructors who are role models for the future generation and as such promoted at international level.

Slovenian Aikikai
The Slovenian Aikikai is an umbrella organization in Slovenia. It provides a formal framework for Aikido practice at all levels. The Slovenian Aikikai was created with the objective to practice, teach and spread Aikido in Slovenia and Europe, in accordance with the international standards represented by the Aikido Foundation – Aikido World Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. Slovenian Aikikai is a member of the International Aikido Federation since 2012 and it is the biggest Aikido association in Slovenia with 300 practitioners and 15 experienced teachers, with approximately 20% female members and instructors.
From the year 2018, annual International Female Instructors Seminar is taking place in March in the connection with International Women's Day. International Female Instructors Seminar is organized with the support of Aikikai Slovenia's leading female instructors, the International Gender Balance Working Group and the GendAi Erasmus+ Project.

European Aikido Federation (EAF)
The EAF was originally created in 1962 as a regional umbrella organisation for recognized European Aikido bodies and it convened in Brussels on 29 April till 3 May 1992 the First Aikido Meeting of the European Community, which was officially placed under the sponsorship of the European Commission.
Today, the EAF has members and/or partners in every EU member State. It also aims at creating better synergies between the activities of its members and the objectives of the European Union by providing advice and assistance. It works closely together with the International Aikido Federation (IAF) and its Working Groups, including the Gender Balance Working Group.
One of the EAF’s main goals is to standardize the instructor training system across the EU Member States and create a unified Aikido licence (professional qualification) for instructors to enhance and encourage the mobility of Aikido instructors within the EU.
